Sleeping pads with precise body adaptation: slatted frames
With a slat you can rely on a very adaptable sleeping pad for your single or double bed. The term "plate grid" is derived from the installed plate modules, which form the surface of the grid instead of ordinary strips. The modules can be moved in any direction and give specifically when loaded from above. In contrast to a classic slatted frame, a slatted grid can therefore react much more point-elastic and flexible – perfect for demanding sleepers.
The lamella – the perfect choice for side sleepers
Since the individual small discs (plates) give a point elastic and can model the contours of the body perfectly, these slatted frame models are ideal for the special needs of side-sleepers. Anyone sleeping in this position needs a particularly flexible cushion in the shoulder and pelvic area, at the same time the lumbar vertebrae must be supported. Spring frames quickly reach the limits of their adaptability, but the individual plates provide perfect relief of the spine in this sleeping position.

The plates in the shoulder and pelvic area give way, while the neck, legs and lordosis are optimally supported. I
There are two different types of slats (also called module frames). The classic plate grate is equipped with a large number of single-plate modules, which can generally be flexibly adjusted in terms of their thickness. If the model only consists of plate modules, this is called a fully-flattened lying surface.
