Originally, the apartment was open plan. And although Constantin invited the owner to create a separate bedroom with a 2 square meter area, the concept of Studio apartments liked the customer much more internal partitions to build was not necessary.
The only changes were for the balcony just like the owner, the area increased twice (from 2.2 per square meter up to 4.4) and a balcony with mantle insulation – so there is an extra storage area.
