Designing an efficient layout and distributing all the necessary features of a few square meters home is a major challenge for all designers / architects. The small apartment is often used as inspiration for designing larger spaces. By adding a raised bed, the living room can be expanded and the space under the loft can be used for storage or any other purpose. The use of concealed storage and embedding of multi-purpose furniture can also solve many storage and space problems.

However, a small apartment construction needs to be planned interior design. Sometimes, well-lit and bright interiors can make even a small apartment look spacious. Alternatively, embracing a darker theme and lofted layout can also help achieve the same goal. The apartment shown here was designed by Andrew and Alain Timonina. It is a compact apartment with only 29 square meters of space, giving a studio independence as well as the integrity of a divided home. Separate living, kitchen and bedroom areas are provided with the help of smart space distribution techniques.

Having an office or a room for work does not require you to have a large house. The office area opposite the living room uses the minimalist method. It has an open shelving system to display artwork or achievements and alternatively store useful items such as books and office supplies. By placing the TV in this area, the owner can use this place to relax after a long day.
